The below terms and conditions are a sample of the contract you will receive after signing up for Zoomi Roadside Assistance.
In the event Your Vehicle is disabled, We will dispatch a service vehicle to Your location to assist You. In the event Your Vehicle is unable to continue under its own power Your Vehicle may be towed to the Nearest Qualified Repair Facility. You will not be required to pay any additional fee or sum in addition to the contract fee when Your service is for a tow or other covered service listed below up to one hundred dollars ($100). You are entitled to one (1) free service per 72-hours. When calling for towing or road service You must call [1-XXX-XXX-XXXX]. You will be required to give the representative assisting You the following information: Your Member Number (which is Your Contract Number on the Application Page of Your Contract) and the VIN of the registered vehicle.
Important: Please be with Your Vehicle when the service provider arrives, as they cannot service an unattended vehicle. Service provided must be a covered benefit under the terms and conditions described. Please note: Coverage is extended to the Registered Vehicle only.
Towing: Up to one hundred dollars ($100) per towing service requested at no out of pocket expense to You for breakdown towing. Additional mileage is available and will be negotiated prior to sending out a service vehicle. Additional mileage is to be paid by You directly to the service provider at the time of service.
Battery Service: Jumpstart or boost a dead battery.
Delivery Service: Including gasoline, water, oil, or any supplies necessary to send the Vehicle on its way. You are responsible for the actual cost of fluid and/or supplies delivered.
Tire Service: If You get a flat tire, Your Vehicle's spare tire will be installed, as long as it's inflated and serviceable.
Lockout Services: We will send a locksmith if You are accidentally locked out of the Vehicle. Access to passenger compartment only.
Program Limitations: Services and benefits are available in the 50 states of the United States of America and the District of Columbia (but excluding its territories and possessions) and Canada. Vehicles that have been submerged in water or have been off-road and are not on a maintained roadway are NOT covered for Roadside Assistance. Roadside Assistance does NOT cover Towing or services required for the Vehicle due to damage incurred by acts of nature such as Floods, Hurricanes, Tornadoes, Earthquakes, and Hail. We assume no liability for any damages to the Vehicle (including personal items left in the Vehicle) or property resulting from the performance of services. Commercial use Units are not covered. Services provided by Us will not be available in non-maintained areas or areas not regularly traveled, such as vacant lots, beaches, open fields, roads closed during the season of the request, or other places which would be hazardous for service provider Units to reach. We will not be responsible for service in areas that restrict or ban access to service providers, such as turnpikes and other governed highways. Whenever possible, We will provide You with the appropriate phone number for service in such restricted areas.
All 24-Hour Roadside Assistance services and benefits are administered by Nation Motor Club, LLC dba Nation Safe Drivers located at 5600 Broken Sound Boulevard NW, Boca Raton, FL 33487. In California, all roadside services and benefits are administered by Nation Motor Club, LLC located 5600 Broken Sound Boulevard NW, Boca Raton, FL 33487. Motor Club Permit Number: 5157-3.
